Firefox is the only way I've found that works - IE6/IE7 do not work (at least for me)

Same with me! I've used Firefox ever since Justin suggested it a long time ago, and haven't had any problems uploading pictures.

I tried Firefox and still had no luck. All I get when I hit upload is "File not found"

Have you checked your photo gallery? I get the same message, but the photo has actually uploaded.

Don: The system is not going to accept any naked pictures of yours from your vacation in Key West. That might be the problem...

I get the "File not found" message too. When that happens I check the address bar at the top of my browser and if I see the word "beta" in the address, I delete it and then hit enter and my picture uploads.

The same thing for changing my avatar. I was a beta tester so I think that has something to do with getting the 'file not found' message.

I have been told FireFox is the ultimate for performance on most sites. My favorite feature is the "correct as you type spell check"! The bummer? A tremendous thunderstorm in February, directly overhead for two hours. The storm was so severe, I didn't even trust the "surge protector", and so I smugly unplugged every connection. Ha...how very smart of you Deedee, I thought....but oh no, the building took two direct lightening hits. The electrical surge happily hopped the "A" train through the telephone line! After the repairs were completed on the totally "fried" hard drive, I was unable to download FireFox again. The download or upload, whatever happens, stops at about 90% into the action. The monitor screen flashes a lovely compliment of iridescent colors with the message......"FILE IS CORRUPT"! Microsoft support now charges $59.95...not an option. Impossible to contact Mozilla support directly, as all support options are fellow FireFox users working together to resolve problems.

So I do use IE...and have decent luck, but without consistency I would like. I love to do TSs, and often, not always, but often, it will take a dozen or more "generate square" or "regenerate square" trys for the result I am looking for. At this point I have no other option, and it is better than none.

Even with Firefox, all I end up with is a black rectangle since the change. Oh, and since the Sploofus change, too.

Achad, you are right,,thank you, pics have uploaded.

Robin, I withdrew the nude shots and sent them to National Geographic. I look pretty good next to those Pygmyies!

Someone posted quite some time back, if you have a problem with the uploads not showing up immediately, if you will click the "reload" or "refresh" button at the top left hand of the screen between the stop and forward buttons, it will usually bring them on up. It has worked for me several times, and I do use Firefox.

Nude Pygmies or not, I have found using the Firefox browser and eliminating the word "beta" from the address bar to be the ticket to Pic heaven!!

I'm using Firefox but it still wants so take to the beta address, so when I see the error I just cut the beta part out of the address bar and voila! Not The best solution I'm sure, but it works for me :D

If you have Firefox, Rick, and you bookmark sploofus.com, you shouldn't have to go to beta or delete anything.

I have mine bookmarked and all I have to do is click on it!
