I submitted a bug report, but I haven't heard anything back.

I answered the question today (was positive the answer) and wagered an amount on the question (I like to bet on the music questions).

I submitted the answer, and watched the time tick down from 23 all the way to 0.

Did I get credit? I don't think my points were updated. I could also be abnormally slow.

It sounds like you completed an error/bug report rather than submitting a support ticket. They're two different things. The error/bug reports go to Justin (the creator of Sploofus), and I don't think editors see them. Anyway, to submit a support ticket, just click on the orange "Help" link at the top right-hand area of your screen near your avatar. Then select the appropriate support category. An editor will reply to your query. I hope that helps!

Did you submit your answer, or did you just click on the answer and then didnt click submit

I did a showdown yesterday and clicked on what was the correct answer and then hit submit. As I clicked submit, I then noticed that the click on the correct answer had not registered! Darn, darn, darn! I always try to watch and make sure the answer registers, but I was in a hurry! Now it's listed as a wrong answer! :-!
