Well Me and the missus broke down and got Satellite radio today. Actually it is an early early birthday present for her.
As of right now, we are incredibly frustrated. We live in a duplex and we have no west facing windows, and we can't seem to find a place where the antenna gives us a constant signal without cutting out and then having to be moved.
Other than that, when it works, I love love it. Listening to 50's stuff now. Plus Howard Stern starts on Monday (Sirius canada).

Anyone have any suggestions for the antenna problem?

Buy a longer cable and run it until you get better coverage. And the cable is expensive, I might add. However, if you have a fast internet connection, just login to sirius and listen over your computer. That's what I do at work all day long.

If you can't go around, go up. Use the best shielded coax you can, because the longer the line, the more line loss and interference you pick up. I don't know if you can put a preamp on the antenna or not. If you can, put one up at the antenna, not down at the radio, because it will be amplifying the signal and all the other junk that comes down the line.

I just checked. Sirius Canada doesn't have the online listening yet. But they are working on it. Thanks for the answers.
