I am sorry to stick my oar in here, but everyone wanted to make sure that Sploofus checked the quiz contents properly right???
But now there is moaning that they are taking to long to come on line!!!
These are people we are talking about and not 'Robots' they do have to sleep.

Can we not just give Sploofus a break from all the wingeing for just a while, they are doing there best!!!

Just my opinion sorry!!!

Hi, Jane. Not sure I was "moaning" just agreeing. It seems like a pretty long process when compared to the few quizzes that were (seemingly) quickly approved last night. For all we know, the usual time for quiz approval is going to be 24 hours, a week, who knows? I certainly understand that Sploofus is not staffed by robots. :D

I have a feeling TPTB at Sploofus might be a bit overwhelmed. I myself have submitted 3 quizzes today for approval, and I can imagine how many they have received in the last 24 or so hours. I decided I won't do anymore until I get the ones I've already submitted approved. I don't want to overload them!

Oh my gosh, cut them a little slack....lets let the system run its course for a month or so before we start making complaints!
Sploofus is taking a stab at a fast and easy solution to the quiz suspension, if it's not working they'll fix it, but seriously....give it a little while to start fully functioning!

IMO this is where the 1 quiz per category per day thing would really come in handy.

Again, just my opinion - no flames please.

I know I was initially agin Sploofus for its seemingly draconian measures over the quiz editing. I suspect that was largely since Sploofus may not have indicated to us all just what the roots of the seriousness of the problem might have been.
But they were extraordinarily quick in responding, and it is now happening.
For goodness sake, what does it matter if it takes 24 hours to enter a quiz? Once the system is rolling, it just means that new quizzes popping up each day are 24 hours old rather than just written.
So what?
As long, of course, as Sploofus now guards against building up a backlog with the queues stretching to weeks!
Maybe the core advice is for us all, initially, only to enter 'good' quizzes. Let us (or Sploofus) stop, at least temporarily (permanently, as far as I am concerned), the really stupid stuff, aimed at racking up quick easy points.
I don't mean stopping easy quizzes, but stooooooopid quizzes!
Maybe unpopular with some, but I wouldn't be against Sploofus now using this new facility to edit out the 'idiot' stuff.

On the other hand, now checking, it does look as if nothing at all has gone through in 24 hours? .............

I understand what everyone is saying, yet it has been 45 hours since I attempted to launch a quiz and it is still pending. I miss going to "most recent quizzes" and seeing new things. I hope they get their quiz varification bugs out soon.

We already have got a "Name the NFL City" quiz. What else could we want?
