Goat cheese is an acquired taste...

Broccoli with Goat Cheese Sauce

3 tablespoons goat cheese (soften slightly in microwave)
3 tablespoons half-n-half
2 tablespoons parsley - minced (go fresh or not at all)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 - 1 1/2 pounds broccoli - fresh, cut into bite sized pieces

Prepare broccoli as per your personal preference.
Drain (if needed) extremely well to avoid diluting the sauce!
Place in appropriate sized bowl.

Use a whisk or fork to mix together the goat cheese, cream, parsley, red pepper flakes and lemon juice.

Toss the cheese mixture over the top and gently mix to combine and coat the broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper if desired.
