Is there no way to change the image on your quiz once it's live? I keep getting the 'must be a JPEG' line, even though it is.
I accidentally put the wrong photo on a quiz and now I seem to be stuck with it. =6

I have changed many images once the quiz was launched. I did notice that a couple of photos wouldn't load, so I tried another and it worked.

The size of the file also matters.

Thanks Kelly, I'll try again then. I uploaded that same picture to another quiz, so the picture is o.k.

I put a picture in once, got told "if must be a jpg", and it was. It loaded properly anyway, and is visible. Maybe your picture was really loaded. Take a look.

You need to close the entire window and then go back to it. I have spent a lot of time trying to change the picture, when i already had

After you load it...if it does not appear, but your are sure it loaded...hit ctrl-F5. That forces a complete reload of the page. That should take care of it.

Or just "refresh" the page - that did it for me. Also be sure you are not loading a .jpeg (with an 'e' in it).

Thanks all. Once I reloaded it showed up.

some browser will not show a new picture with a simple refresh because the old one is stuck in memory and will come up, instead. Try refreshing first. If that doesn't work, then do a ctrl-F5.
