UPDATE ON MY NIECE AND A BIG THANK YOU!!!!

My niece Brittany got to come home this morning. Her injuries weren't as bad as they first thought. Some scrapes and bruises and whiplash. She wasn't wearing her seatbelt when the accident happened. I was told they rolled the truck three times end over end...It's a wonder she wasn't hurt anymore seriously. Her boyfriend Michael was unconscious when they brought him in. My hubby said he regained consciousness around 7 this morning. Thanks everyone for all the good thoughts and the prayers. Someone upstairs was watching out for these kids...They did do a blood alcohol which is a routine thing that they do now. I'll know more later on about Michael's (Brittany's boyfriend) condition but so far things are looking pretty good...Thanks again you all...don't know what I'd do without you all...

I missed your original post but I'm glad I got here for good news.

I hope Brittany and her friend make a full recovery. SO scary!

I am so happy that things turned out so positive. I do believe that the more we think positive about life in general, the better off we are. The good news was uplifting. Marsha

I'm so happy to hear that your niece is OK, Vickie! Still, a traumatic event, so I'll continue to keep her in my thoughts. And also I hope her boyfriend will make a speedy recovery.

I also missed the first post, but I'm glad it's all working out OK. And if they weren't wearing seatbelts, you should have their heads examined!!!
