TUZILLA ANIMAL FOODS

Tuzilla

Nice one, but I have to say I'm a bit confused, even after finishing the puzzle.
I hope you'll post and explain a couple of the clues, in 12 hours.

Very clever WP. I was able to get one of the words in each WP pretty much right away. The trick was figuring out the other half, always with a mental slap to the forehead when it finally got filled in.

I laughed. I did love it. I even got my last one without putting in any letters. Love your wit, Steve.

I loved it, Steve! I thought the clues were great. I stumbled over a couple, but it was due to a temporary brain power outage. Anyway, wonderful puzzle and lots of fun!

Thanks, Steve, but I'm a little confused. One of my clues/phrases was:

Greedy cookies? - pig newtons

I laughed a lot when I finally figured that one out, but I don't see it on your list. Did that one end up being substituted for hog owls?

In any case, thanks again for a lot of fun!

P.S. I just noticed there's only nine phrases in your list.

Yes, I know I'm a pest. You can call me Geri Mouse, for the mischief-maker who drove Tom the cartoon Cat nuts.

I missed it. Yes, the 10th puzzle was PIG NEWTONS. Fig Newtons with pig as the synonym for greed.
