I enjoyed this one also. Not difficult, good clues and I agree, I'll gladly live at any one of them!

I'd be happy in Gary Indiana if I didn't have to pay rent or mortgage.

Don't know about "abodes" but your WP certainly
had me dreaming about far away places....
Thanks Sploofusaurus for the "virtual" holiday.

We live 12.7 miles west of the state line on U.S. 30.. Valparaiso is real nice, too. Gas and cigarettes were always a bargain there, but not anymore.

One of the clues really threw me for a loop - I don't associate that thing with that place - BUT I really enjoyed imagining myself living in all those great homes

Good puzzle A house with no stairs would be nice.

My dream house would be anything I could get in San Francisco for less than 500k, but the places in the puzzle are much more realistic.

Fun puzzle Sploofasaurus.

Fun puzzle! Sure had me dreaming of exotic faraway lands. Think I'll jump over to The Island and work on my tan. Good job!

I came on to do the puzzle and got distracted. I left the house for a few hours, came back and the first puzzle was still on my computer. So I finished this puzzle in 12,000 plus seconds. That has to be a record!

There are definitely some abodes that I'd like to inhabit.
Do you think the banks will lend me the mortgage money though?
I'd need a bailout from the government probably.
Being a Sploofus millionaire doesn't mean much I guess.

(Leah- did you go visit one of those abodes? 12600 seconds!).

Al, you can trade in your points for one of the 'abodes'.

Good puzzle

Now that this WP is over, I can say that I actually find the idea of living in a tree house on the serengeti plain appealing. That and having a log cabin retreat in Canada. This was a really fun WP, Sploofusaurus, that had me imagining all sorts of wonderful adventures in my own dream abodes. Thanks!

I know people who are happy, sitting on the eleventh floor of the Robert Taylor Homes housing projects in Chicago.
They thank God they are alive and have a beautiful view of Chicago's Southside and two busy expressways.

I am please that I think I have the most beautiful house in the whole world, but a tiki hut on Hawaii doesn't sound to shabby either. Fun quiz!
