1985 WP

Excellent puzzle. Very informative without being too difficult. One was very, very tricky but figured it out. Thanks.

Good job, unfortunately I wasn't paying attention in 1985 so I sucked.

I enjoy these too. Tough to keep these varied but there were just enough wrinkles in this one to keep you thinking

Now that the excellent puzzle is over, we can quit being "preoccupied with 1985".

Well unless you Americans vote sensibly you will be back in 1984

Yet another fun Trivial Year WP, Sploofishy, thanks! One of my favorite phrases was:

births - gold medal winners michael phelps and sarah hughes

I had figured out the "gold medal" part of it, and for some reason, I thought I was looking, in part, for the "birth" of Gold Medal Flour. That didn't seem to make a lot of sense, but that's what was in my head. Zucchini bread anyone?

Anyway, I always enjoy taking a look back at significant and not so significant (bo derek's Golden Raspberry award) history.
