I started CHICK's New Husband WP, typed in my solution for the first WP, and clicked on Solve the WordPuzzle. The only thing that happened was that 1 was added to my Total Moves score. It didn't move on to the next WP. I tried clicking again and all it did was all 1 move each time I clicked. I did send in a Support/Help ticket, but I haven't heard anything yet. After a while I got tired of waiting and was concerned that the WP would time out, so I just started clicking on the Solve button. At this point I'm still on WP 1, still have my 5000 score, and have a total of 153 moves. I had been told that if I bail on a WP, for whatever reason, it will not be reset.

Has this happened to anyone else? At this point I may try for a record 1000 moves for 1 WP, still maintaining a perfect score.

The puzzle has been reset for you, Linda. Let us know if you have any more problems.

I had a curious WP problem too; it took me a long while to hit anything but wrong letters.
A fine puzzle; won't say anything more but I'm sure everyone will enjoy it...eventually.

I've had that happen before too - it's a javascript error and nothing you can do but ask for a reset because if you hit refresh to clear it - you refresh yourself right out of the puzzle.

I had a weird one couple of weeks ago - I figured it out - entered the phrase - hit submit (I was on my first puzzle) - and the screen came up and said "you've already taken this puzzle" - kinda got freaked out thinking back to a thread long ago about how they catch word puzzle cheaters and referenced strange things happening to your screen.

I was assured that they didn't think I was a cheater - but it was still weird.

Welcome to the club if this doesn't happen to me at least once a week i think the powers that be are mad at me. But they have always been nice enough to give me a reset, i actually had it happen twice in a row on the same puzzle last week but didn't ask for reset the second time had lost interest by that time. charlotte
