Kelly, next year sign up to be a vendor and you'll see all the games free.Just joking.
Here is a thought. Next season, when you go to a game. After the game, stick around. You should see about thirty or forty kids picking up seat cushions that you rent from the park. These kids get free passes for every game and they used to sell them. No doubt, you want reserve seats, but you never know what you might come across. If I still lived in the city, I would max out a Platinum Visa and have four box seats for the season. The way tickets go now, you can sell week day or night seats at a premium. When my wife and I were engaged and first married, I would buy the entire season week end games for both of us, about 15 games, $200.00 total fo sit first row by visiting team bullpen. This was 1976-1978, imagine what that costs now. The only trouble with those seats was twice a year, we had to put up with about 500 Cardinals fans.

Done. If I win, however, I have heard Justin just raise the prize of a Plattie to a cool million dollars......and a pony.

FYI, for what it's worth, the fine print says: "Name and address used for entry must match name and address used at time of purchase and must also match name and address presented for pickup of tickets." So you may need to wear your "bigdavy" mask if I'm the winner!

Hey, sorry, noticed that too (although there was a person on ebay who was selling the "password").

If anyone gets the e-mail stating they can buy tickets, I will gladly walk you through the process. I am begining to think you may have to buy the tickets and (hopefully) my standing here for over 3 years would vouch for my integrity. I'm SERIOUSLY good for it, I may have to talk to the BIG J, if there are any concerns, please let me know. You'll get a big old "star" from me.

PM me if you have any concerns.

Thanks bunches again, you guys are the greatest.

Congratulations! You have been selected for an opportunity to purchase tickets to 2008 National League Championship Series tickets for games at Wrigley Field.

On Friday, October 3, you will receive an email with instructions and a special one-time password in order to access the ticket sales system online. Tickets go on sale at Noon CT on Friday, October 3.

Now what do we do????? I don't want the tickets for myself. Also FYI I'm on Eastern time so noon CT will be 1 p.m. ET.
