Sure do wish Justin would work on this feature. It would be nice to view old topics when the site was "humming" and look for the times old friends posted. cannot even find old quizzes by authors any more without first finding the player-assuming theey are still here. One of my quizzes that I wrote as "Linda" actually showed up in the 50s Tournament. Perhaps it is just me as computer skills I don't have- Linda

no Linda, it's not just you or a lack of computer skills.. navigation in this 2.0 version went backwards light years.

a link to the author's PM and profile should be on every quiz. and the author's name should be coupled with the quiz title every time it appears.

`we should be able to search the forums by keyword or at the very least by name. the old version showed how many topics a person started and how many threads they contributed to. Why can't we have that now?

I know or at east I believe Justin is trying to create new interest and enthusiasm in the site-like the puzzle writing contest. It would please me a whole bunch more if he would concentrate on fixing the 'broken" things and restore what we once had. That is just me, however. Tex pointed out somewhere in one of his recent posts that the newer membership is a whole different breed. I agree with him on this for what it is worth-Linda

Absolutely agree! I want the forum search feature back yesterday! It would be great if there was a link in a players profile that would give you a list of their posts and threads like we used to get in the search. We have that on imdb and it's extremely useful for finding old posts of your own as well as others. But they really need it there because the board moves so fast. It's the best forum system I've found so far and it spoils you.

Just having the search window back would be plenty.

That's some dangerous stuff there. But I'm all for it, too.

I really miss the search bar in the "Chat Forums" too. I used it a lot on the old Sploofus, and missed it right away! Would be great to have it back. Sometimes, I would be looking for something, and remember who posted it, just type in their name in the search bar, and you could find it.
