I'm putting this disclaimer because I've seen quite a few posts from people who don't believe in God on Sploofus, but quite a few from those who do - and this is of course, for anyone who wants to watch it.

I hope that those who choose to look can appreciate the effort and work these kids put into this presentation because I think they did an amazing job (even though the camera work was a challenge) The girl in temptation is my daughter and the Greed/Debt young man is my son -

They did a really nice job with the skit. Good choice of music, very fitting, but I didn't think too obvious, which is always better because it leads to more surprises.

Was the sign after "False Hope" "Depression"? That one was a little harder to read since she was on the ground.

Despair - but close.

Thank you

I had to go rewatch it - it was depression - I thought it was going to be despair - but I guess they changed it!

I think despair would have been more accurate for the action depicted. Despair has a more frantic quality, a desperate clawing at anything that might remotely be of help. Depression, on the other hand, is usually a suppression of activity, a leaden resignation of the hopelessness of the situation.

This was great. I sent it to my granddaughter as an idea for their youth group. Thanks for posting it.

A lot of thought and effort went into that. You have every reason to be proud of your children. Great job.
