EBELSKIVER

I made these for breakfast this morning. They were absolutely fabulous. I put syrup on mine and Ben put whipped cream on his. I used a pumpkin butter to fill them. I bought the pan last week .... watched the video on the site that I am going to give you and proceeded to make them. If you watch the video, it is a snap. The only problem that I had was regulating my temperature. Next time I will know though. I also put 1/4 t. of melted butter in the wells and that made it easier to flip them. Makes a wonderful presentation. You could fill them with just about anything.

Thanks for sharing!

Oh, these look heavenly! How much batter did it make?. Actually, as I live alone, could the extra batter be refrigerated (for later)?

I am so interested in that pan too. Very different!

I don't think a muffin pan would work. They have to be over direct heat. They cook exactly like pancakes....only a couple of minutes on both sides.
