SANTA WAS VERY GOOD TO ME AND MINE!

It was a balmy day in New Orleans. We all had a nice day. My family has enough to eat, enough money for a tank of gas and those that work have jobs. Oh, we even had presents! All in all, a very nice day today. Claudette

It is good to hear a happy story. Email me a Osso Buco from Irene's that they serve on Thursdays. I hope the New Year brings you more of the same.

Santa was good to our family as well.

To show thanks I'm going to write a check to the Salvation Army so they can help less fortunate folks in the coming year.

Good for you. IMO, The Salvation Army is probably the top charity that uses its money wisely. At least they do in my community. I hope others will take the time to write the Salvation Army a check, too.

Yes Pat, you're right....
I used to collect money for them every Spring - going door to door.
They are the only Charity in which the "workers" take a vow of
Poverty, and they don't use money for polishing their own image.
