SUBMITTING SUPPORT TICKETS

Hi, Just wondering how we submit a support ticket. I understand it is different to reporting a bug?
I just took a word puzzle and my internet connection dropped out just as i finished my last puzzle. So now it's saying "incomplete" as my score...
I kinda bombed on it anyway, but would still love the few points I did manage to salvage from it!

You can write to the editors with your problems via the Support Ticket system that you will find when you click on the "Help" at the top of the page near the green bug, or the "Help" at the bottom of the page.

Please pick a category for your problem, and give us the best description you can, so that we can help you.
We cannot fix everything: some problems are bugs and glitches that require Justin's attention. Those matters should be reported via the green bug.
