Excellent WP Sir. A perfect combination of clues, knowledge needed and wording that keeps the phrases from being giveaways, even if you've worked them out. And about Shakespeare to boot! What else could you ask for?

Fun puzzle Alas & alack, I took over a half hour on one word, stubbornly refusing to put another letter in. Finally had to cave and used 5 more letters, duh

Despite not being well versed in the Great Bard , the clues were helpful and I scored better than I expected.
Kudos to Sirsploof for authoring.

Fine puzzle; nicely worded clues to avoid excess repetition.

I should have done so much better. I got "gulp!" as my first clue and was SURE I should be thinking of the Scottish play or Titus Andronicus! It took me way too many letters to realize I needed a lot of other words besides just a quote...and then to find out I was gulping oysters! Then I got the red response for my answer and took three more letters to realize it was my typing not my actual guess. GRRRR. So I gave up on my dream of a top 10 finish and just plugged in lots of letters for the rest of the puzzles.

Ah well, such is the way of the Word Puzzle!

It was very well done Sirsploof - exactly what was said above: easy quotes, clever wording to keep out the googlers, and good clues (except for "gulp"!)

I struggled with the Gulp one also. Smoke smoked us all!

Loved it, Sirsploof! I always enjoy the Shakespeare-oriented ones. Thanks for a lot of fun!

Very nice puzzle Sirsploof. Good clues and fun figuring out the wording.

I'm glad I didn't get "gulp"! That would've added a lot of letters to my score too. Smoke - did you end up at #1 for that WP?
