Most interesting puzzle...but a reverse agism complaint has been filed with ACLU against sploofus.
Am waiting for the first hip-hop WP.

Thanks for this WP. I'm sure the youngsters have all learned a lot.

Remembered a lot of them from my childhood, and heard my dad talk about some of the earlier ones, fun puzzle.

Enjoyed it and having done some Kerblunks about Old Radio shows and listening to them when I'm still awake and in bed at midnight, helped alot. My score doesn't show it, but I know it

Remember that I was an egg in the 1950s. This is why I will finish somewhere past 100th place! LOL

I do remember my folks talking about many of these things, and the rest were fun to learn.

As for Hip Hop ... I tried it once. I limped for a week afterwards. Bwahahahahaaaa!

Was certainly not an egg in the 50s, but too young to remember these. However, the puzzles I had were familiar to me, either from parents talking about them, or the tv shows that spun off from them. Great job!!

Another good example of a word puzzle that allowed even "youngsters" to have a decent chance to score well.
The clues were very helpful, and one could google if needed to gather some pertinent information about the radio show in question.
I remember hearing some of the shows [not live, but on tape], and reading about most in my trivia books .
Personally, I consider the rock and roll era as the "golden age of radio" but that's subjective of course.
Well done Pat!
Looking forward to another puzzle from you.
