I was zipping right along..........and then I got one that I had NEVER heard of. BUT very clever so I am looking forward to the next one. Maybe I will redeem myself.

Mean no offense to anyone who writes puzzles as am sure it is not easy. Never really do very well but this one because it was short did it and enjoyed. I have come to the point that if the puzzle is long don't even begin it. That is only my view, however, as I do often enjoy the quizzes with long questions as well as the sort Kerblunks- Linda

I liked it and did well on 4 out of 5 of them.

I did well. The short ones are nail biters to be sure- but only got one "sorry".

I'm not hungry right now for some reason.

Looking forward to Part Two tomorrow.

Quaked again; this latest cycle has me in fits. I finish the puzzle and my answer seems to be invalid if a quake happened in mid game.
of course its not the winning its the taking part....yeah right.
Actually this was a GREAT puzzle as was Darwin so there is a bit of that in it. Nice puzzles fellas.

Sorry Pennwoman, your one post about this morning's WP contained just a little bit too much information. You're welcome to repost after the puzzle is over.

I disagree as I posted it in response to the clues of the puzzle, but if you feel it was neccesary, so be it.

I took umbrage at "Mister" Bean. I halfway expected that Mr. Bean would show up, and even then didn't recognize it for several letters.
