I have been getting quite a few "sorry you have exceeded the time limit" on my Tqtds. I am finding that sploofus pages are taking forever to load W R and WP's . I have sent in at least three bug reports and got no replies about them or resets ? and some i just have'nt bothered with is there a problem I wonder as I have'nt had this trouble until the last month or so?..
I do love playing here but the slow loading is aggravating!!
Anyone else having problems ?..
Just in case you are wondering? I only have this programme running when I play and computer is not updating at these times so that is not the problem..

I have been having the same problems with WR's and WM's. You are not alone. Also trouble with quizzes that you take and it doesn't show the answers or show you on the leaderboard, but it shows that you have taken the quiz. This happened two quizzes in a row yesterday. Very frustrating.

I've also come across quizzes in tournaments that say something like "This quiz is no longer available."

When you have these problems, you need to send in a Support Ticket. Support Tickets go directly to the Editors, and, while we cannot fix the timing issue, we can give you back points that you missed. We can also send extra TQOTDs if that is what we feel is needed in a particular instance.

To send a Support Ticket, click on the "Help" link at the upper right hand corner of your page. Please be sure to describe the problem, and we will try to remedy it immediately. Most Support Tickets are answered within a few hours.
