Crud, I didn't get the perfect moment one so now my curiosity is peaked......please share later. I found it enjoyable. I honestly do NOT understand why people do not like these. I think they are fun and we get to know our fellow Sploofers a little more.

Didn't get the perfect moment

Or the puzzle with the correct verb for the situation - pin screen - then raced thru the rest of it with lots of letters

Nice phrases. Thank you.

Oh crap! I'm so sorry guys - I totally screwed up and just typed my lines. I sent in a support ticket to remove my score. And there i was so pleased that I didn't miss any, unlike for my other WP where I had 2 pink screens when i took it! ha

It'll be gone soon. Don't hate me because I'm...rattled.

(heehee - wanted to share)

Support ticket 11574 has been closed. Thank you for contacting Sploofus Support.

Would you like me to replace your "embarrassing moment" with this one while we're at it?

Ok, I'm resetting the puzzle and removing 5000 of your points. You may play it again, but please, not so well.

Best Regards, The Sploofus Support Team

Thanks, SST.

I owned the whitest lemon of a Vette for an entire month back in 81. I bought it used, and it was warrantied for a month. In that month, it was back and forth to the shop to the point I had it with me only 17 full days. ( going to the shop so often had NOTHING to do with how I drove it. Honest. No, really. )

Anyway, at the end of the month, I realized I was going to have to start paying for those repairs myself. That last day it rained a ton, and I awoke to find the car full of water - rain had leaked around the firewall, which was the final straw. It was traded in for something else not as wonderful.

But I REALLY had fun with it for 17 days.

I think my lines were:

A like
propelling a corvette zero to sixty in under six seconds

A dislike
contest day and first chair cellist is too sick to play

An early memory
seeing my big sister wear gorgeous clothes and wishing to be her

Ack! Never again!
taking an expensive vacation with people i dont know well (Ruined my NYC trip last spring break. Ruined it)

A fear
having alzheimers disease (My mom died of it at 83)

A perfect moment
singing a duet with my son for his graduation (The song was "That's What a Brother Is For" with words adjusted for us. Lodi - I have a tape recording but no video. I was doing fine till I looked at him, and then I didn't get to sing any more. I suddenly had something in my eye...and throat)

An embarrassing moment
letting no one else move my keyboard only to trip and break it myself (yeah, yeah, move along...nothing to see here)

If I won $1,000,000
i could pay off nearly half my bills (it's a joke, people...I don't have $2M in bills - yet)

Place I'd like to visit
hawaii to watch josh holloway act in his lost scenes (Not a joke. Make me an offer)

My first job
earning a dime for each pan full of rocks i removed from the lawn

Thanks for taking the WP, folks. I hope you made lots of points. I'm still sad I had to miss so many of yours while being away from the computer 5 days during spring break last week. Go Baylor. Oh....nevermind.

"M'lady's puzzle was the best of the series "Ten Things About".
[that was on a teleprompter- I was asked to write it verbatim- but I can't explain here]
to Jank

Really- it was a great puzzle by my good friend on Sploofus.
She once beat me in a showdown about a year ago- but I have not let that bother me at all.

I thought her perfect moment was beautiful and I was very surprised by her Corvette phrase.
She must be the prototypical "little old lady from Pasadena Texas" I guess.

She's a gifted musician I understand, but she should not move her keyboard without help next time.
She only got paid a dime for a pan of rocks- exploitation! ---------------- a union perhaps?

Even though our "politics" is world's apart- we are both loyal and patriotic.

All kidding aside, it was one of the best "Ten Things About" word puzzles.
I said that to keep from getting a "swirly" [I hope]

That one letter, that bl**dy "c". I read through it half a dozen times, i had "would", and i just could not see where i was wrong !!!! Must have cost me 8 or 9 moves in all. I still didn't do too bad though, good puzzle.
