WHAT REALITY SHOW WOULD YOU BE ON?

If you could be on any reality show on TV, which show would it be and why?

If I were physically able, I would love to be on Amazing Race, my favorite reality show. I get my sense of adventure just watching them do their road blocks and tasks and the scenery is gorgeous.

I know at least one other Sploofus member will vote for Amazing Race. Right, HRH Me?

I reckon I'd go for "Survivor".
It's just strategic "camping out", with occasional frantic activity..!

I love watching "Amazing Race", but it looks horribly tiring.....how on earth do they cope with jetlag?
Reminds me of that old movie:" If Today's Tuesday, This Must Be Belgium"..Hmm.

Well, America's Top Model is definitely a no. So are Top Chef and Project Runway. Too much looks and/or talent involved. Maybe "America's Most Sarcastic People"?

Race for me!!

IMO best show on TV, the fabulous places they get to travel and see are WELL WORTH the jet lag. They get to do things I could only dream of.

Best part, is after you are eliminated, they jet you off to an exotic location to wait out the rest of the "race"...this year it's Thailand!!

PICK ME TAR!!!

I dunno.

I can't sing, I only dance the sardana, and I don't need any more pain after today's gruesome steep hike on very rocky trails followed by aerobics this evening (ugh!). Early to bed . . .

What's left?

Top Chef sounds about right. I can follow moderately difficult recipes and I have good taste.

Hey, I made Shrimp Scampi this evening.

I think I'd be on "COPS". At least that's the one I would probably qualify for. I would lead them on a 10 minute chase just so I could say "Whud I do?" when they cuffed me.

Very funny Donden! Be sure to be wearing dirty boxer shorts and no shirt, don't bathe for a couple weeks beforehand, black out a few teeth, have tobacco juice staining your beard. Then you might be set for Cops.

Fear Factor was my favorite reality show. Although it's no longer on the air, I would have loved to compete on that show.

Please please don't make me do any more reality than I already face every day. Reality is way overrated.

Although I some days (like this one) makes me qualify for Biggest Loser. And it has nothing to do with weight.

Put me down for Fahhhhntasy Island and de plane de plane.

I love the Amazing Race also and Survivor would be a hoot as well. I'd get voted off right away I'm sure. I'd probably voice my opinion a little too freely and off I'd go! I'm far less vocal here when I have the chance to read what I've written and then not bother to post it at all!!!

A very few years ago, it would have been a tie between Survivor and So You Think You Can Dance. Dangit! Arthritis pretty much eliminates me from both of those.

So definitely now, Top Chef! Enjoy placing my own spin on ethnic food, and often get into the "healthy" versions.

I'm with Jank - I live a reality show every day - mine is called "Inner City High School Survivor".

Just today I found out another talented young lady ended up pregnant...that makes 11 I know of this semester.

Here Downunder we have a show called Taken Out - Do you guys have that across the pond? One guy narrows down a field of 20 fillies, one group at at time until he is left with 3 to choose to take out on a date ... Kind of like Deal or no Date?? I'd go on that right now so I could find the perfect partner! (Well, at least get to second base, for starters )

Having been through rehab a few times, back in the bad old days, i fancy i'd thrive in Big Brother. I'd love to be on a cooking show though, i love to cook.

Biggest Loser.......I bet I could make Bob go crazy and got into a Jillian rant and rage again. I bet I can make Jillian foam at the mouth like a rabid dog.

Survivor....I live Survivor everyday.....well....I am surviving being without my smokes for now and it feels like torture I tell you. Plus there is all kinds of other stressful crap going in my life at the moment. I wonder if they would let me smoke on Survivor. Because I really really want a Cigarette NOW.

Amazing Race.....I can't think of anyone that I could take with me that I wouldn't want to kill in a very short amount of time.

So you think you can dance?.......sure I think I can dance after a bottle of Tequila I can do anything, think they will mind me becoming a sloppy drunk for the show??

There was a one time show called "My Fat Obnoxious Fiance". Drop the fat and that is the perfect show for me.

I think I"m best suited for the United States Congress.
19th Congressional District in Pennsylvania.

I'd author legislation to require peppermint patties to be made in York again.
I would "earmark" increased funding for Sploofus.com

It's not reality, is it?

Who watches that C-SPAN reality show anyway?

Probably BBC's upcoming "Any Dream Will Do" because I've always wanted to appear on stage in New York or London. (Oh wait, I did appear on stage in New York, but it was such a horrible experience that I blocked out the memory.)
Of course I wouldn't get very far, seeing as I can carry a tune about as well as I could carry an elephant.

I have never seen anything more removed from reality than that which is called a "reality show". I would prefer to be on a Tom and Jerry cartoon.

Reality? Sorry, I suppose celebrities do it to raise money for charity or for publicity. Oft times they regret it later. I can't find any other reason for going on one. I'm with all those who say none of the above.
