Two of my quizzes have gone live in the last 2 days, one with a message, and neither one gives the name of the reviewer. If this is happening to other quiz makers, does this mean
that the review was by Justin, or have the editors stopped listing the reviewer, in light of recent reactions?

The quizzes no longer indicate which editor reviewed your quiz unless the editor wishes to in his/her note.

Actually, for a long time I was going to ask if there is a possibility to have profiles on editors that we can read. To me it would give a better sence of community, feeling of real people behing the pseudonyms. I think we can better appreciate their efforts when we know them as real people. Unfortunatelly, I guess, it is not going to happen, or will it?

I think it is a shame that the Editors name is not there now. I can understand why but it still is a shame.

I don't htink you really ned to have profiles as they are here to do a job not be out partying lol

I would like to see a list of all the editors somewhere on the site. I was compiling my own from who has edited my quizzes and who has posted on the forum. I guess that might never be finished now.
would be nice though -

I don't even want to know who the editors are because they might turn out to be people I like. Then they would be people I used to like. What if I found out that I was an editor? I just couldn't live with myself.

Laffin' at Lodi........that's what paranoid schizophrenia is all about, isn't it??? Having a split personality, and hating t'other half.

I guess in that case if you WERE an editor, you could reject your own quizzes with a nasty note, and send abuse back to your editor-self?

Well I hope my current experience is not a sign of the way it is going to be now the editors are not named.

I just had a quiz back to change one single letter! Come on surely it could have been corrected by the Editor and a note tothat effect added to the 'gone live'.
I can understand if it is certain types of errors that it is good for authors to have the quizzes back to correct themselves as they learn to be more careful in the future BUT this is one letter in a persons name! Will this improve me - not unless giving up writing quizzes is an improvement (don't all rush to answer that!)
16 hours later still 63 quizzes in front of it !!!!

Mrsgc, I am not your editor, and I don't know who is. I typically repair typos (unless there are many) because I'd rather get the quiz launched than have it come back and stop up my quiz queue, but all editors have their own ways of doing things.

I wanted to clear up something, though. You mentioned seeing 63 quizzes ahead of your quiz after you repaired it? Rest assured that any quiz you send back will go the the very front of that editor's queue, despite what the "numbers" say.

I always like it when the editors write comments on my quiz, especially when I feel particularly proud of it. I know, of course, that there isn't time to do this all the time, but I wish I knew who had written the nice comments in any case.
