ER FANS

The finale starts at 8 tonight. You'll hate yourself if you miss it.

Three hankies, minimum.

No hankies for me. I'm not working a real er tonight!! Will admit that their docs and nurses are much more attractive than ours though. Don't mean any harm, glad you like the show. It's just not realistic at all.

You'd think that after 15 years, they'd, er, remember what they wanted to call the show ...

Love your new picture smoke...my bunch is watching Supernatural so I'm missing ER...I do have a west coast feed so maybe I can catch it 11...And having worked 15 years in ER I know it's not that realistic but I wouldn't have minded working with a doctor who looked like George Clooney...LOL

Did you see or remember the scene when Carter was really young and he had to shock someone -- and dragged the monitor off the cart? I had a resident do that EXACT thing to me --- I miss my days in the ER sometimes.... but not that often!

What was the show where someone accidentally dropped the to-be transplanted heart and kicked it across the floor, then went to the funeral and confessed the whole thing? Now that was funny!

Thanks a lot, Sandy. Here I am, slaving away all night, serving humanity, and what do I find when I take a well-deserved Sploofus break?

Harrumph!

The show 'ER' has always been a favorite of mine. The first show I watched was on Thursday, October 20, 1994. I remember the date, because I was staying in the hospital with my wife, who had brought our daughter into the world the day before on October 19th. I remember watching it in the hospital and thinking that it was a show that was unlike anything else on TV at the time. Talk about how time flies.....the show ended this evening after almost 15 years. And my daughter who was a newborn at the time...starts high school in four months!! Appreciate those moments you have...they go too fast.
