Jesus and my parents.

I have so many questions I would like to ask them. For instance, I'd like to ask Jesus why there has to be so much evil in the world (although I suspect I know the answer to that -- because good people do nothing to combat it) and just what his father had in mind when he put ticks and mosquitoes and gnats on earth.

And I would like to ask my parents how they met, what they did for fun when they were first married, and what it was like during the Dust Bowl years and depression. My father had to quit school in the 8th grade to help support his family after his father died. What was it like being the breadwinner at such a young age?

I know a few of these stories, but I wish I had paid more attention and written them down while they were alive..

President Lincoln

Yep Koota, I started reading The Hitchhiker's Guide series in the fourth grade (um, I was an unusual kid) and find myself revisiting "Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency" at least once every two years. Whenever I'm in a slump, I'll read the electric monk chapter just for a good laugh. As far as I'm concerned, Douglas Adams was the greatest humourist/philosopher of the twentieth century.

The band Kiss, Ozzie & Sharon Osbourne, and Salzypat. ROFL!!!!!!

I think you are having some fun at my expense with that quartet, Lodi. But I might surprise you and have a good time. I probably would have to have Ozzie text me what he says though.

Kim, I'm coming over!!!

If I had a Sploofers dinner, I think it would fun to invite Tsk, Caramel, Smoke and Jank and say the dinner topic can't be politics.

If they insisted, then I'd have to invite some non-Sploofusers: John Adams, Karl Marx and Vince McMahon.
