I'd like for us to take a moment and remember those who've been hit by the tornados that touched down here last night and also last week here in Tennessee. My thoughts and prayers are with those who lost everything and espically those who lost loved ones in these violent storms....
They are now in the arms of the angels....

Those storms were pretty scary. They hit pretty close to home for me-about 20 miles away, so far 11 people have been killed and one person is missing. There was about 3 miles of destruction and some all-brick homes were leveled! My sister-in-law said she saw softball sized hail at her house.

If you are from Tennessee, give us a shout-out and tell us you are okay!

My thoughts are with everyone that has been devastated by these storms. We were just far enough north that we didn't the storms they had predicted for us.

I've seen floods take everything away from families that they've worked for all their life around here in the past. My heart goes out to everybody that was hit by these storms. Nature can definately be cruel at the wrong time and the wrong place. We see more evidence of that everytime the news is on it seems.
On a good note, I'm glad to hear from you Vickie. My first thought when I heard about the storms going through central TN was "Man, I hope Vickie's OK".

I'm in Tennessee and doing just fine, but I know that several people in counties near mine lost homes and lives. Weather is scary. It certainly confirms our places in the universe.
