TQOTD; INFORMATION PLEASE

If a question expires on 18th May, does that mean it expires at 12.01 AM or at 11.59PM?
Since I have a vocabulary question that I know I wont get to till then and 18th May is my birthday I'd like to know if I can save it till then.
Thanks

Barry

It expires after 11:59:59 PM ET on the date of expiration, but I wouldn't cut it too close.

I guess my birthday is coming early this year.
I posed the question on this thread because with one vocab question in the bag I knew I'd have to use up the second one unless I could hold it over to my birthday.
As it is, on the next two TQOTD I got ANOTHER vocab question; so I'm sitting on four in a row.
I guess my birthday will have either nice or nasty presents from sploofus.
Four oin a row is a record for any subject or me.

I have, due to bus trips, taken a lot of questions nearing expiration. I have, on occasion, had a question due to expire on the current date, and had no problem taking them.

Prolly a silly question, but some of you who hold onto your TQOTD questions may be able to enlighten me. Why don't you just go ahead and answer the questions? What is the advantage of holding them? Thanks.

I stepped on a small nail barefoot once. I sat on the side of the bathtub and ran cold water on it and looked at it and for no good reason felt nauseous. It took me minutes before I could hold my breath, close my eyes, and force myself to pull that nail out, cause somehow I thought much as it hurt while in, it would hurt more pulling it out.

Is the reason for holding them anything like that?

I am at Level 87.0. If I wager right now I won't risk any level points if I lose. I only wager big on Vocab questions. I would wager small on TV or Books, but if I get too many right then I won't want to risk it when I am at 87.3 or .4 and a Vocab Q shows up. Then I'll have to save the Vocab Q until I get to 88.0. It's a vicious cycle.

In answer to the question about why wait....
I'm saving the vocabs for my birthday when (if I've been good) Justin will give me some wager tokens and then I can blow or win a big number and either have a good or bad birthday depending on the result
