...OR MAN.....

I'm predicting the top ten will average over 2000 seconds each here.
Inspired choices for making us think.
But cruel on a Monday morning....

But on this side of the pond I'll take it on after dining on rabbit with a nice bottle of red.

Well, this puzzle certainly got me well acquainted with the whole alphabet!!

It was a well-crafted puzzle and a challenge. Good job.

I love puzzles where I learn while puzzling. I too got reaquainted with the alphabet on this one, but it was well written and informative.

Well after yesterday couldn't wait to see how Sploofusaurus would top that. I thought #401 was terrific too.

Great idea for a puzzle, but unfortunately the execution degraded to typing in every letter you could find, including Cyrillic, Welsh and Hieroglyphic.

What Kaufman said. Although after this weekend, I'm still grateful when I get to actually finish and be awarded points for a WP.

Great puzzle ... thought I was hot stuff ... until no. 4, accounted for 1/3 of my total points and 50% of my total time... I am duly humbled.

Seemed pretty average in difficulty for me. Maybe I didn't get the killer phrases.

Didn't have any trouble tracking down any of the .............Or Men?

Was going along pretty well until one came along that was absolutely cruel. Used all but 2 letters.

Gad.

Yikes! I don't think I've ever used that many letters on a non-Welsh puzzle! I had to guess virtually every letter on 3 out of 5 puzzles.
I liked the idea though, and now I've learned a few things.

Some very easy, others very difficult, don't like extremely lop sided puzzles. Not to mention an factual error which cost me a ton of letters.

I'm sorry you had a hard time with the puzzle, Randy.
If you believe there is a factual error, please send in a Support Ticket detailing your contention.

Best regards, Sploofusaurus

It's a red-letter day placing #3 just behind Gary and Dave.

Man- that was a tough puzzle, but well worth the time to solve it. Always something to learn when doing these.
