Not a complaint, just an observation ... and perhaps a pointer ... about composing and sending messages, either private or on this group. Sploofus can and does time out while we're composing messages, and they are lost as soon as we send them, unlike word puzzles, etc. When my brain is functioning, I remember to compose the larger ones in Word and do all the editing, then copy/paste to the message window.

Also remember space is limited in a message so if you get too wordy and the message is too long, sometimes it will not get sent even when you hit send. Normally it tells you if you have exceeded the space allowed, but I've lost messages I thought were sent.

Thanks, Kim, forgot to mention that. Actually a good feature in many ways, nobody wants to get bombarded with epistles.

For larger responses just cut out the older messages below to free more space.

Now I'm going to send "A Message to Michael."

Also, when I am writing a longer response, I compose it in the message box, but mark and copy it. Then I hit the red "my Sploofus" button in the upper right-hand corner. If it comes up that I am logged off (because I timed out), I simply log on, go back to the messages and paste my response.

If I think I might have timed out, I open a separate tab and go to Sploofus there. If I need to log in again I do, and then everything in my original tab is just as I left it only now I'm sure I'm logged in and I hit send (or enter, or whatever)
