GRASSHOPPER IS DEAD AT 72

Kill Bill star David Carradine is dead. I remember him most from his grasshopper days in the Kung-Fu show. I really liked him he was soft spoken and so mysterious. Apparently he committed suicide in a Bangkok hotel room.

"You know, I've never actually really believed that death is inevitable. I just think it's a rumor."

RIP Grasshopper.

I love the martial arts and discipline he gave us in his movies. To see him do this to himself is so sad. If only he could have applied the eastern philosophy he had in his movies. He was struggling with alcoholism. Blues singer Koko Taylor died yesterday too.

It seems he was really into Eastern philosophy, he was in Thailand making a movie. I just don't get it, unless he was diagnosed with some disease or something. It always puzzles me when someone takes their own life, God's greatest gift.

Police reports are sketchy because it is Thailand but apparently he hung himself in shower. His absence from a meal with fellow actors was noticed. Then when they searched for him a maid found him apparently he hung himself in shower of his posh hotel room. When they found him he had been dead about 12 hours.

Wow, they don't know anything conclusive, they said something about a sex act gone wrong. It involved his genitals. The only thing they are saying is he didn't die of natural causes. Very sad.

Bless his heart. I wish they had kept this private information...private. I don't know how he lived his life, but I doubt he wanted the planet's last memory of him to be .... death by interesting sex.

Donden that description defies imagination. Do you really think that is what he was into. I agree with Jan no one wants the way they go out to be public in that way. I guess it was too much of a good thing. Question is was he alone? Someone had probably been there, you know what they say about Bangcock!

I guess you can look at it on the bright side. He died pursuing pleasure and I don't judge him he wasn't hurting anyone. He went out with a bang and not a wimper.

I really like all of those Carradine boys. They're interesting characters.

When I lived in the Keys, David was a frequent visitor. Well...until he went on a totally nutso drug-induced violent binge that resulted in great destruction of a lovely resort's property in a very public way. After that, he was basically "uninvited" to return to the Keys. The same thing happened with Don Johnson.

He will be missed.

From what I understand I heard it on the radio. This is a current fettish and approximately 1,000 Americans die from this type of kinky sex thing every year.
