Thank you in advance for your replies.
I have never played word rounds until today.
There are few things I do not understand.
First: Do I have to play all 10 rounds?
Second: What is the point of questions where the defenition would say something like "The state or quality of being obese" and the answer would be obviously: Obesity. Is it supposed to be a test of your knowledge? Maybe I am missing something.

Your one best time will be entered, no matter how many of your rounds you play (basic gets 3 per hour, Gold gets 10, Platinum gets 1000 ).

It's not really trivia-- but a speed test. The more you play the more you will figure out ways to score faster and stay in the Top Ten. That's the real point-- trying to be as fast as possible. Every so often, you will learn the archaic form of "indolent" and that's just a bonus. You can rack up some quick points if you get fast enough to make Top Ten (7500 for 1st, 1000 for 10th).

First: No, you don't have to play all ten as a Gold member. Only your best round (most right, fastest) is counted.

Second: There are many obvious questions that require no thought, but also many that are obscure. Also, the WRs are not 'perfect' (part of the charm). Just enjoy!
