FAVORITE DISNEY SONG??

Trying to make a CD for some special education kids. Of course, I've seen alot of Disney movies when I was a kid, but without searching the internet and "testing" out a bunch of songs to try and remember, thought that I might ask here what your favorites are to get a better selection of the "best". I'll give mine (that I remember):

The Monkey Song from Jungle Book
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9cWkUhZ8n4

When I see an Elephant Fly from Dumbo
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOcVkofa1AU

We are Siamese from Lady and the Tramp
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxpN2XrYDLM

There's probably a bunch of great ones I don't even remember.

Any others??? Thanx in advance for your help.

Don't know if it helps at all, but since the day I heard it the first time, I've always thought "Be Our Guest" (from Beauty and the Beast) was the absolutely most complex, amazing Disney song ever.

The Circle of Life and Hakuna Matata (or Hakuna Mufasa after the stampede) from Lion King.

Here's a list of the top 100 Disney tunes in countdown form. Number one is "A Whole New World" from Aladdin

That's What Friends Are For from Jungle Book. I'm not great fan of cartoons, but i think this is so funny, especially the Scouse accent.

Checked out the list & all of the top 25 are great but I'd pick the fast ones with a message, like my choice above. Have fun & you're a way cool guy to help the kids

I was surprised that 'Someone's Waiting for You' from the Rescuers didn't make the top 100. One of the sweetest songs ever.

I think about "Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's off to work I go" when I jump in the car to go to work. However, I sing it in a minor key...like a dirge.

I'm not certain it's Disney, but I bawl like a little baby every time I hear "Somewhere Out There" from "An American Tail"

Kiss the Girl from the Little Mermaid!

And the name escapes me, but I loved the lullabye from Lady and the Tramp, the one the mother sings to her new baby, I sang it to my youngest son, all the time..... but he is 20 now, it's been awhile since I sang it!

What's this? from Nightmare before Christmas

You've got a friend in me from Toy Story

The Unbirthday song from Alice in Wonderland

Headylamar mentioned mine - "Zip a Dee Doo Dah" from Song of the South.

Not sure if it was Disney, but "When You Wish Upon a Star" from Pinnochio, along with several of others already mentioned from more recent movies.

Thanx for helping me narrow it down everybody! The list was helpful, thanks. I'm a little disappointed though that a favorite of mine (which my mom reminded me about) only made it to 53!!! Who doesn't like Billy Joel? /www.youtube.com/watch?v=udsOUXuNGGc

(Hehe smokie) I think the 100 list is probably more than I can handle already () The rest will help me to narrow down which I will listen to first. Anybody is welcome to continue adding more, but I've probably got a full day of listening to music ahead of me already!!!! Thanks again!

Mary Poppins is in a class by herself, practically perfect in every way, as is the music. Right you are, Ken & oops forgot who else

Ugly Bug Ball, as suggested above, is an excellent choice, perky with a good message.

Pepperdoc said,
"I think about "Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's off to work I go" when I jump in the car to go to work."

One of my favorite bumper stickers I once saw on a beat-up pickup truck:
"I owe. I owe. It's off to work I go..."

"Baby Mine" from Dumbo.
"You'll Be In My Heart" from Tarzan.

And just to nit pick -- The song title is spelled "Heigh Ho."

And a bit of trivia -- almost everyone sings the wrong lyrics. The dwarfs sing only "It's home from work we go."
