I've always been horrible at WordRounds and here in the last few days I've decided to go ahead and give it a shot. It's not like I loose points for attempting them. The WordRound virus is in my blood now. I understand my husbands compulsive need to play Word Rounds every hour when he is home. Everytime I sit down at the computer I am playing my 10 tries on WordRounds. I keep trying for higher and higher scores and so far the highest I have gotten is 100% in 36.20 sec. I know to some of you that is husband leaves me in the dust on them but by golly I am proud of my 36.2 seconds. If I could get that consistantly then I would be tickled to death. So I bow down to those of you that are capable of cranking out 100% in 14 seconds and warn those of you that haven't tried word rounds to be might just find yourself waking up in the middle of the night thinking, I can get a couple wordrounds in before I go back to sleep.

LOL Then I would never leave the computer chair. I've considered going platinum and maybe when we have the extra money I'll go for it but for now I just have to be happy with my 10 tries nd getting up and moving about every so often :D

I too have become addicted to Wr's. The first month I was on here I hardly did them. Once I went Gold I started doing them more often, and hence my addiction began. I too am waiting for my gold to expire so I can go Platinum. I wish there was some way of gettin some credit towards it. Hope I don't sound cheap, I'll probably get tired of waiting and upgrade eventually. At least I'll know the money is going to the good cause of keeping this fabulous site up and running

I swear there must be some kind of subliminal thing in the word rounds because they are extremely addictive. I don't even play them anymore because I know once I start I can't stop! I used to be a regular with them when they first came out - had to just quit cold turkey and avoid them altogether now - lol! And it doesn't matter how fast you are at them. You are your worst/best opponent. You still always say to yourself, "I think the next round will be just a little faster!" Then when it's not you have to try again, and again, and again (until the next hour, then it starts all over again!) - it's a vicious cycle

Maybe someone needs to start a Word Roundaholics Anonymous Group-lol!

Word Roundaholics Anonymous Group...sign me up. I get annoyed when I'm at work and I have to stop playing to actually do something productive!!!

I'm not an addict.... I can quit anytime I want... I don't have a problem, other than I can't get better than a 23.454 sec... Did I mention I am not an addict?

LOL He's rubbed off on me. Not only on the word rounds but one other educational shows on TV. I find myself willingly turning on the Discovery Channel. Though I haven't stooped low enough to watching the History Channel without being forced.
