My grandson has had a urinary infection for about 3 weeks now. The Dr. has tried 2 different antibiotics and still no improvement. The urologist is starting to kick around the idea of surgery if things don't change soon.

My daughter-in-law has had a trip for mid-July scheduled for months to the NE to visit maternal grandparents, and suddenly everything is in limbo.

If you are someone who brings needs to the Throne, I would ask you to add Devon to your prayer list for the next couple of days, that the meds start taking effect and Devon's discomfort disappears...or better yet, for God, the great Healer, to override the meds and heal Devon's body.

And further, I would ask you to pray for my daughter-in-law. This is the miracle child she was told she could never have, so she's a bit overprotective in the first place. Please pray for her peace of mind and comfort as God works out the health details.

My children and one grand child are very dear and precious to me. I will keep them both in my thoughts. We as a country have really been through a lot of roller coasters emotions the last couple of days. I hope and think they will be okay. Consider my thoughts to be the same as your Angel. It's going to be alright.)

Absolutely. You, your daughter and your grandson are in my thoughts and prayers. I can only imagine how your daughter must be feeling. My niece was a miracle baby, as my siste-in-law and been told that a childhood illness may have left her infertile. When she was born with a heart abnormality that sent her to the picu for observation, it was an incredibly trying month for sis-in-law and family. I'm happy to report that four years later my niece is as healthy and happy as can be and is the big sis of miracle baby number two, a sturdy little boy.

Janice, Devon and all of the family will be in my prayers. It is so hard when someone we love is sick, especially a child. Take care. Hugs, Anne
