Has anyone had any replies to support tickets, I posted one 2 days ago and have updated it twice concerning wordround problem but still no reply.

I have posted 8 or 9 support tickets over time since they started tracking them the way they currently do it. All of them were handled, some quickly, some less quickly.

I have posted at least five and have gotten a reply to all. Some quickly and some slower than I would have liked but overall Sploofus gets a B on replies from me.

I posted a support ticket on the 8th, about a problem with showdowns, that was just replied to today. The reply? This ticket is closed, showdowns are run nightly, and working fine at this time. Absolutely no attempt to answer my question or explain the problem, like the problem never exsisted. Needless to say, I was disappointed.
