Not my area of expertise --as my wife would agree -- but apart from one unfortunate accident with tenses I thought this was entirely fair and well within the range of the average man in the street who does not care about what he eats (me).
And I learned a bit about some of the foods I'd only been eating because I like them.

Rather easy puzzle with a few big words.

I consume "healthy" quantities of two of my five selections.

I can't eat any food that is anti anything. I'm for everything.

Good one.

I really enjoyed this word puzzle -- it gave me quite an appetite! One of my phrases had to do with eating a handful of almonds a day. I do that because I like them. Maybe they're also healthy for me. Another phrase I had dealt with eating ostrich meat. Very interesting. Thanks for a lot of fun!

I enjoyed this puzzle too. I'm sort of a health "nut" but don't always do what I know I should do. This was well written and "food for thought."

More exactly, I get my share of red wine daily and I love that tomatoes are so healthful.

That makes twice this week I've been nailed by a can/may. I thought those days were finally behind me.

They're never behind you, and when they are, you'll always find a new one.

Just the other day on the "surprise" puzzle, I got, in a few letters, that expectant -o---es didn't want to know the sex of a baby prenatally, and thus took my first dive into the mommies/couples trap.
