What a delightful puzzle. Unfortunately, all too true. I hope you'll post all 10 puzzles after this closes. I would love to see the others.

I enjoyed it and agree with many of the observations about committees.
An update about my eye: it's getting better but I've noticed that I am "seeing" more pink screens lately.

I spend my life, or so it seems, arguing against committee decisions. I once had to argue that free contraceptives (for clients) were more important than new white lines for the car park.

So exactly how many of you did it take to write that?

I say let's form a committee to determine how best to appoint a committee to praise this WP-by-Committee.

Thanks, Guys. Daveguth -- 19 moves? Excellent.

Hubbie almost committed hara kiri last year over the committees he suffered through last year. This year better but lesson learned.

Sad but true!! Great mental work-out, but certainly made me giggle.

Not as much time to play this month but wouldn't dare miss a Bbear Haydn combo - did not disappoint either - enjoyed it a lot. Thanks you two!

I've been on a few of those committees. Good job.

Accidentally booted myself out before I was done. When I see "Bearhyd" I automatically start humming the theme song from "Rawhide". Keep those dogies movin'!

Very enjoyable puzzle--a lot of fun! And thanks, Beth. A whole lot of committees in my past helped drive that score down. In fact, I even got one with zero letters--a Milton Berle quote that I once told at a meeting.
