I hope everyone has a wonderful All Saints Eve. I prefer to celebrate the pagan holiday by naming it thus! That way I don't have to worry about any ghosts from the past. Although if Beetlejuice is still out there I am available!!!

There weren't many people on yesterday - I think they were actually out making it a happy Halloween.

Might've left it too late and everyone was out trick or treating. Sorry I hadn't seen it till now.

I hope you had a great Halloween, Steph, was kinda quiet here, 14-15 kids. I was supposed to go to a party hosted by one of my trivia teams, but feeling a mite flu-ish I thought it would be kinder to everyone to avoid socializing while running a queasy, achy 101 degrees.

Hate missing Halloween, I love to dress up and be a kid. Best time I ever had was going to the zoo's annual Spooktacular a few years back with my sister, dressed as cat burglars all in black, carrying pillowcase loot bags over our shoulders with stuffed cats in, a few tails sticking out, and making distressed cat noises. The little kids were fascinated. Best part was hiding in the last turn of the spook house and scaring the crap out of folks who were almost out.

We were like little kids ourselves, laughed till we had to sit down on hay bales and fight for breath and bladder control.

Big fun.

I did the clocks when the ballgame was over. Didn't work, though. Didn't get any more innings.

I set part of the clocks last night and part this morning. But there's one pesky clock I still don't know how to change the time - one of those LED doohickys.

Hey guys crap weather here in NC only got one trick or treater. Had to work overnite and set clocks back at work so I had to work an extra hour, talk about ghoulish. I got to see my grand daughters costumes one was the little mermaid, the others sisters, they were bat ballerinas! The cutest thing you have ever seen black and purple, my 18 month old with little bat ears just adorable they even had little gloves. Well Happy All Saints Day! Love Bobo

Little girl next door, four years old, came to the door as some sort of fairy, with big upturned lacy rainbow wings made of colored pipe cleaners. She collected her treat and headed back down the walk, got her wings snagged in a big overgrown bush and tore 'em all to hell. Didn't even faze her, her dad's trying to get her loose and save her wings and she's piping the whole while "Big John gave me a Moon Pie, Daddy!"

Never know what you'll get for Halloween treats when Big John goes to Sam's Club.
