Congratulations to Gary for winning the October WP championship (again)! Nice job!

And honorable mention to Virtus (Anne) who actually came in second place. The standings show her in 3rd, but I know for a fact that she lost 5000 points in the great server upgrade disaster earlier in the month.

Add to that number 1 in word rounds and tqotd and Gary had a pretty good month. (And he did this while being exposed to H1N1 dozens of times!

Nice job!

Wow, that's right--Gary won the TQOTD championship too. I bet that's the one he's proudest of. But the trifecta is amazing. Congratulations, Gary!

Nah - Gary eats H1N1 with his eggs for breakfast! Nothing gets him down.

Congratulations Gary!! I'm just glad you got to take all the October puzzles, and it gave Dave, Diane, me and the other WP enthusiasts someone to chase. I really enjoy a friendly competition. November here we come

Thanks to you all - trying to battle on three fronts has been somewhat exhausting. This may sound silly but when I first joined Sploofus I had hoped that maybe just maybe someday I could pull this off. Now that I have I am content to fade into the woodwork and stop hogging the WRs - I will play now and then to stay in practice (and hopefully catch some bling) and perhaps sometime next year I'll try again. But for the next few months it's someone else's turn. And Dave you're right this is the first (and probably only time I'll win the TQOD battle). I was 30 for 30 until this morning when I blew my first one all month - but I think it was also the only question this month that I got that was one of those under 20% correct questions, so there is some luck too.
Best of luck to all of you and hoping all your TQODs are in your favorite categories.

Yes, three categories is utterly awesome. Heck, far as I'm concerned, one category is. I know 60 days ago I thought I'd never achieve even that. As for favorite TQOTD category, they all are. Who wants to miss the chance to see a question?
