QUIZ AUTHORS - TOP 10/100

Hi, can someone tell me how the above are calculated and where I can see a list of the leaderboards for them? I've seen these icons against people's names on their profiles, but I can't find an *overall* leaderboard for quiz authoring - it's obviously not the same as the monthly one since I'm No 69 on that currently and I don't have a 'Top 100' icon against mine!!

For that matter, where are the overall versions of all the leaderboards except the jackpot one? All the others are just the monthly ones on the 'Leaderboards' page?

If I understand the system right the Top 100 refers to the total number of quizzes written. On the opening page there is a list of the Top 10. It is not a monthly statistic.

The only stat lists that are "overall" are the jackpot leaderboard, sploofactor, leader by level and the list of prolific authors on the opening page.

I don't believe that there is an overall Leaderboard for quiz authoring. If you go to a prolific author's Profile Page, you will see an icon if they are in the Top 100, top 50, etc.

Yes - it refers to their placement in terms of number of quizzes written as compared to other authors.

And everyone's profile tells how many quizzes they have written, if you want to know!

The Top 10 authors on the front page seems to be the only list you can see in order.

I am not an editor but I can tell you about the postings, awaiting a more informed source. The leaderboards contain a "Top Trivia authors" button. When pushed you get the listing by "eligible points" (no. of plays times your rating. i.e. if you have 120 plays and you earn 7.5 per play times 10, you have 9000 eligible points) Each month is listed. all months are now up, even after the sploofquake, thanks no doubt to diligent efforts by Justin. I suspect the top 10, 50 and 100 are based upon elibible points for the year. I do not suspect a carry-over from year to year beyond some point.

No, the Top 10, 50 and 100 that appear on a user page are not based on points but on the number of quizzes you have written - it indicates how prolific a writer you have been during your lifetime on Sploofus.

On the main Sploofus page (http://www.sploofus.com), there is a box about half way down on the left side. It shows the 10 most prolific quiz authors.

Presently, it looks like this:

10 Most Prolific Quiz Authors

Vlcrowe (1,186)
Tuzilla (1,131)
Dwayla (838)
Philkon (641)
Goonies (574)
Bravegator (525)
Bigtombow (512)
Helsleym78 (492)
Babes (446)
Surreyman (376)
