My daughter just informed me that her account had been terminated as a result (apparently) of not answering TQOTDs. This was a gold membership, btw.
I wasn't aware that TQOTDs had to be answered to keep an account. Any way of reestablishing that?

I could understand a non-paying account being terminated for lack of activity, but not a paid account. If you are paid through a certain date, it shouldn't matter how often or how little you play. That's like the phone company saying "I know you're paid through the end of next month, but you aren't making as many calls as we figure you should be, so we are going to disconnect your phone."

Keep us apprised of what happens.

I just updated the script last night to exclude gold/plat members from being deactivated if they have not taken a TQOTD or a quiz in that past 60 days.

What is the username? I will reactivate.
