I am perplexed and very interested to find out who
this person is....
Can someone please let me know - either before
he WP expires, via a PM....or after 8PM tonight.

Very educational. I went into this knowing nothing about this maestro.

Dizzy sent me the information and I checked Google.
I too found the WP very interesting and wanted to
know more....but didn't know who it was about.

Still don't know why he is a maestro, in the usual
sense of the word....except that "maestro" comes
from the same derivation as the word "master" I believe,
Doesn't have to be a conductor or associated with music.

You see Rowlanda if you'd done the other six things in the cutlery game you would probably have solved the puzzle in five.
Sorry if the word 'maestro' was misleading... I just meant it to mean an expert in his various fields.

Cool puzzle Barry - got lucky as my first puzzle put me onto the "maestro" in question. But 2 pink screens and currently sitting second?

Really neat WP Barry, I had it figured after two, but learned much with the others. EXCELLENT!

Barry, great puzzle about someone prominent at the time and sadly forgotten a bit. Learned and remembered a lot from it, and it was a good puzzle besides. Maestro didn't bother me...after the first clue. I kept thinking Magister....Thanks
