DAILY TRIVIA QUESTION

My daily trivia question hasn't been sent to me for awhile. I'm accessing it at the site though. Is anyone else not getting the question? I know of two other people. Should I report this or is this a common glitch?

Same here. I think the date didn't roll over properly at the turn of the year. The Sploofus system seems to think it's already the middle of the month.

Make that "the Sploofus Question of the Day system..." The main system does know what day it is (see the time stamp on these messages).

I'm not getting it either. I access it from the site. It seems to happen from time to time.

I have not been able to get mine through email for more than a year now. I have tinkered with my email settings but no luck. I just always access them through the site these days.

Might be worth checking your "Site Settings" in "My Sploofus" to see if the Email box is checked
I unchecked mine recently since I always access QOTD from the site

I just checked: my checkbox on Site Settings is checked. Still no daily question feed, though.

I haven't gotton them in email for either, but that's not a problem.
What I don't like is that I have had nothing but "Books and Authors" for my daily question.
Today I got the answer correct for a change

We do know that the questions are not going out in emails at the moment. Though some of you indicate that you experience this as a long-standing problem, the issue has only been system-wide since the latest outage. We hope that Justin will be able to deal with the problem when things have settled from his move. Until they arrive in email, you can always access them from the Alerts section of your My Sploofus page.

Ha Ha and I thought that was a nice improvement! Didn't realize there was a link as I never click on email links. Hope this is the worst that comes to us in the new year, Mickeym

LOL Ann
I never answer them in the daily emails either.
I have the web side on an email that I just click onto after I open the email itself.
This way, I can minimize the entire screen to go back and forth to other tabs.
Right now, I have a total of 6 tabs, but only sploofus on my screen, until I go to check what email came in just now.
Then I can come back to sploof without having to sign in again. Pretty neat, huh? Ha ha

Glad to hear it's not just me.
I always respond through the email.

What is all the fuss about. Just go into Sploofus and answer your questions on your home page.

Mr. Rubble....

Perhaps others like me, forget about TQOTD unless a
reminder's right there in front of them....in an email.

And it seems to m that the time stamp on almost any site is
rapidly becomig Seattle time - a la Bill Gates...

PST is the new GMT....

With their track record, I have little faith in Microsoft building a timepiece that would keep accurate time. In Seattle or any time zone.

(Other than through setting your clock to system crashes, blue screens and cracked vulnerabilities, of course.)
