I just went for over two hours with NO internet at all. I don't know if it is my ISP or the whole shebang. We've got another snowstorm passing through, and in the past that has caused me to lose service. So for me, it's not just Sploofus. In fact, there were some periods where I had Sploofus but couldn't check my email or Google.

I downloaded IE8 a week or so ago, and it was beyond annoying, and I quickly removed it. How, I have been getting "Internet Explorer Can not display" messages repeatedly for anywhere I go. I have run programs to debug, improve speed etc etc, with little relief. Last night we lost power very briefly, twice, and when I get up this am, the computer is working fine. Weird.

I have used Firefox for at least 3 years, and I only keep Internet Explorer for a backup or emergency. I run Anti-virus scans, Anti-Spyware scans, Registry Scans, Defrag, and disk clean regularly. I don't ever have problems with Sploofus unless everyone is having a problem. The last problem was when Justin mentioned the hacker and no one could get on. I've also read that cleaning your cache up in the tools drop down helps on some things. Hope things get better for you.
