Not exactly what I expected, so I really messed up before I got going. But not Slicko's fault--clever and fun WP!

I enjoyed the puzzle just fine.....but I hate the fact that if you have too many spaces between words and you screw up the spelling somehow that it doesn't correct it for you. It would be so much simpler.....especially if you have had an entire bottle of sparkling wine. AND yes, ANDY, it was from FRANCE!

Nice puzzle Gary.

This was really fun, and certainly beats just watching the snow come down. Thans. Miriam

Great concept. Some tricky wording, but a lot of fun.

Not what I expected either, but it was clever in an entirely different way.

Loved it Gary, even found out a couple of things I never knew.

Very very, very cute.

Got my 5000 points free and clear and didn't lose too much ground in the February standings.

Broke my string of six top 10 (mostly top 5) finishes.

I enjoyed it but did not really understand title or link....
If there was a really tight connection other than the obvious general (generic) one I missed it.

Probably a little offbeat, but hope a few gave you a chuckle.
As for the title explanation: Battyman Foes - well every puzzle had a Batman villain in it and I thought the goofy humor was shall we say "batty". My two favorites were "AWK" - What Batman mistakenly said when he first met the penguin (OK bad pun, but Auks are frequently mistaken for penguins) - and then of course "Sploof" - Online site where the riddler finds his puzzles and word games.
Thanks everyone to all who played it and for the nice words

Fun quiz SLICKO, but where was my favorite, Catwoman

Catwoman was there - you must not have gotten her:
Clue was "SKERATCH" and puzzle was
What Robin got when he fought with Catwoman

I take it nobody here knows what "battyman" is Jamaican slang for then ?

I wasn't complaining, merely remarking. Anyone who's seen Sacha Baron Cohen as Ali G would probably have picked it up immediately.
