Caught the first episode after the Super Bowl on Sunday. Thought it was was going to be a fluff show but it appears the boss actually made some changes based on his experiences working as an entry level employee in his company.

i was impressed. perhaps this show will inspire more owners/managers to get down in the trenches and see exactly how the policies they implement work in real time.

I thought it was pretty good myself. I thought it was going to a punitive "Aha I've caught you" type of show, but the CEO or president of WM was sincere in making things better. I wonder if it will always be this way.

I loved that show and the CEO of Waste Management came across as a pretty decent guy. I about died laughing while he was cleaning that port-a-potty!. How many of us would love to see our own bosses do what we do? That would be a real eye opener for a lot of upper level management. Could your boss hack it?

Parts I loved, parts seemed a tad too contrived. The bit where the "challenged" woman comes out with a letter saying how much she loved the garbage collection woman made me really question the whole premise that the employees did not who he was....
