There seem to be so many rules and regs on writing these that I'm not sure I will continue writing them and it seems it has something to do with which editor edits your quizzes(I hope I spelled that right)spelling was my best subject in high school until I started writing quizzes now it's like I don't know how to spell my name.buchanan

Since you had to learn medical language, with that spelling, I think that may be the reason for your spelling errors with regular words.
I gre up with my brother being an English teacher, 16 1/2 years older than me. He drilled spelling in my head from the time I can remember
I found that after going to college for 2 different medical related fields, that all I can spell correctly is the long medical words.
It was fun giving my brother a quiz and getting back at him for his spelling errors! LOL

You're welcome, Kathy.
It would be interesting how many people that have no medical background
would be able to spell the correct term of a total hysterectomy, as it is called in laymen's terms.
Next time somebody tells you that you have poor spelling skills, throw one of those type of words
at them and see what happens.
Of course I mean in person so they can't look it up. LOL
