SNOWING AT MY HOUSE

There is already 3 inches on the ground and it's coming down in really big flakes here. Anyone wanna come over and slid down my hill? Or maybe have some snow cream? All are welcome..

Lucky you. I'd come for the snow cream but I have to vacuum the pool. Crap!

Sorry, Vickie, but I think Felix's pool sounds more inviting. I'm not much of a snow person although the ice cream sounds great.

Just hang in there through today. I have sent some warm weather your way and today the snow is dissolving! By tomorrow you should see improvement. And thanks for asking us over, but I've had plenty of snow myself. We're coming up on possibly one of the snowiest winter on record in North Platte.

I'm not much of a fan of snow myself, but snow-cream sounds delicious! I haven't had it since I was a kid.

Snow has lost its enchantment for me on the Jersey Shore this winter!! Snow cream will never lose its enchantment...now to have it without the snow....that's the ticket! Rain/snow/sleet all day today, praying for rain!

i found this by googling "snow cream"...

Basic Snow Cream Recipe

1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
scant 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
large bowl of snow (about 3 quarts)

Blend milk, sugar and vanilla. Stir in enough snow to make snow cream to an ice cream consistency.

Make sure the snow in clean.

Snowing again?? You can keep it. They are promising temps in the 50s in the NY area. I'm ready!
