WRITING QUIZZES

You rescearch for quizes(I know I do) and they accept and launch them(editors) then all of a sudden editors reject them and give you 10,000 reasons, what's up with that? Now I just go up and delete them.

I don't believe editors reject quizzes out of hand. They usually have one or two suggestions for improvement. If you don't understand their advice, you can do your best to rectify the error, and then ask in the appropriate space for further clarification. What a waste to delete all the work you had put into the quizzes up to that point!

When any of mine were rejected, I always got very nice notes from the editors explaining exactly why. I fixed 'em, and they were launched. You just have to pay attention to the rules, is all.

When "You rescearch for quizes" maybe some errors crept in?

Surreyman is error proof ... Would have little knowledge of rejection and has always written his quizzes in perfect Welsh, confounding the editors who can't even spell Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. Hence, his quizzes fly through the maze. The wonder of it is that those of us who used to use Internet Explorer had to jump through hoops to get a good spell check accomplished. With Firefox, the spelling errors are highlighted.

Now about fact checking ... Some of my favorite facts have been disputed and I have been proven wrong ... Who knew? Learning something from an editor in confidence is quite preferable to a public hanging by our membership body after publishing. Trash on the Island can infect others so we all strive for perfection. "That is a good thing."

thanks for all your advice, believe me I've had everyone of the problems, but it seems that there are a few editors that are more picky than others. Maybe I'm just tired of writing them.If you've noticed,I haven't written any recently.Anyway it's close to being garden time again, thank God! buchanan

This is not good. May I suggest a quiz about gardening. When you get an EA, you appear on the random EA list ... hardly a list that those other production/quizzes will make.
